HEAD SPIN: First thing you need to do is practice head stands. Do them over and over again. Try twisting your hips and bending your legs in different directions while in the headstand position. This will strengthen your neck. When you become very comfortable doing headstands, try "walking" yourself in a circle with your hands. When you become comfortable doing this, try walking in circles faster and faster until you can let go of the floor and then catch yourself again, later in your rotation. This is called tapping. To gain your roational momentum twist your hips while tapping(remember to keep your legs spread for ballance). Work on getting your taps further and further apart until you can let go completely and just spin. To speed up your spin, bring your legs together. Head spins are one of the hardest moves. If you keep working at it though, you will get it.
