TURTLE: This move is done by ballancing all your weight on your hands and rotating in a circle. There are many variations to this move such as spinning on one hand(hand glide), or hopping on one hand(grasshopper). This is a basic move that is essential to breaking. It includes the basic elbow in the gut position used to go into freezes, backspins, windmills, etc. from the fifth step of the six step.

To start off place your elbows in your gut, just above your pelvis. Now try to ballance on the floor on just your hands.

It will take practice but once you gain enough strength to maintain this position rather comfortably, try rocking back and forth. This shifts all your wait back and forth between your hands, you will notice that your body will start to rotate. Once you can do this quickly, you'll be doing a turtle.
